Most residential assessments run 45–60 minutes. Commercial assessments take 60–90 minutes depending on building size and number of entry points.
We'll walk the property with you, document existing infrastructure, and take measurements. You don't need to prepare anything — just be ready to point out areas of concern.
Yes, for residential properties. The site walk is where we learn what matters to you — which areas are priorities, where existing cameras are, and what your concerns are. Having you there makes the proposal much more accurate.
For commercial properties, we can often work with a facility manager or property manager instead of an owner. We'll coordinate directly with whoever you designate as the on-site contact.
Yes — just call or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll move it to a new time slot at no cost. There's no cancellation fee of any kind.

We serve all of Greater Austin within a 35-mile radius of our West 45th Street office. If you're outside that radius, we still take on projects with transparent travel pricing — you'll see the travel fee in your proposal before you commit.
When you book, we check your ZIP code automatically. If you're beyond our standard range, our project manager will call you to discuss travel arrangements before scheduling.

For Austin-area properties, we typically have assessment openings within 3–5 business days. Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville usually within a week. More distant areas may take 7–10 days.
