For residential projects: free site walk within 3 business days, written proposal within 24 hours of that, and installation typically scheduled 5–10 days out. Commercial and multi-site projects run 2–4 weeks from first contact to install day depending on permit and cabling requirements.

The system is yours — you own the hardware from day one. If you sell the property, you can either transfer the account to the new owner (we handle the handoff at no cost) or take the equipment with you and we'll reinstall it at your new address for a discounted rate.
